Birmingham are proud to announce that Ex Bolton and West Bromwich
Albion legend Richard Sneekes will join the FA National League club for
the 2010 season.
The Dutch master was approached by club coach Ikhlaq Hussain and after
a very short meeting he was more than happy to get on board.
Richard is very excited about playing futsal again "I played futsal in
Holland, to be honest I did not even know futsal is being played in
England, hopefully I will remember all the rules. I'm looking
forward to playing futsal again, I used to play the game as a very
young player" said Richard.
Every one at Team United Birmingham is very excited about the
move. Richard was voted best masters football player 2009 and we
are hoping he will bring some of the masters form to the national
league along with his experience which will be an invaluable help to
the young squad of players.
